Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
Supply chain strategy and resource optimization expert — own category strategies, primary/secondary/backup supplier pools, and deep cost engineering for sustained savings.
Responsibilities
- Supply chain strategy planning: category strategies with primary/secondary/backup supplier pools to eliminate single-source risk
- Deep cost engineering: should-cost models, teardown quotes and deep cost analysis driving design and process improvements for savings
- Supplier performance management: evaluation systems with regular assessment of quality, delivery, service and cost, driving continuous improvement
- Cross-functional collaboration: early supplier involvement (ESI) with R&D at selection stage considering cost and delivery risk; work with Finance on inventory turns and payables
Requirements
- BSc or above, STEM preferred; 5-8 years supply chain experience with AD/robotics ecosystem familiarity and complex supply chain management
- Strong end-to-end procurement supply chain management capability; SaaS system experience preferred
- Familiar with mainstream ERP/SRM systems; 0-to-1 procurement process and policy building experience
- Expert negotiator able to balance quality, cost, delivery and cash occupation
