Supply Chain Director
Supply chain strategist — architect an efficient, agile, low-cost supply network for the robotics business and join core management in business decisions. Compensation benchmarked to Huawei levels 15-17, negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Top-level supply chain design: plan the architecture per company strategy; build an efficient, agile, low-cost supply network for robotics
- Ecosystem building: strategic partnerships with core suppliers (chips, sensors, chassis) securing priority supply and technical support
- Capital and risk control: manage supply chain funds with supply-chain finance to optimize cash flow; risk early-warning for chip shortages, price spikes
- Team and system building: build and coach a professional procurement team; establish compliant yet internet-efficient procurement policies and processes
Requirements
- BSc or above, MBA preferred; 8+ years with AD/robotics supply chain ecosystem familiarity and full-scope supply chain management
- Strong end-to-end procurement supply chain management capability; SaaS system experience preferred
- Hybrid background: big-tech supply chain management + startup 0-to-1 building experience
- Deep insight into embodied AI / AD supply chain trends with rich industry network
- Outstanding strategic planning, team leadership and cross-functional collaboration; able to join core management in business decisions
