Responsibilities

  • Develop low-level drivers (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, USB, SDIO) and Bootloader bring-up/debugging
  • Develop application and middleware layers on RTOS (FreeRTOS, RT-Thread, Zephyr) or Linux (multi-tasking, IPC, memory management)
  • Participate in hardware selection and schematic review; collaborate on board bring-up, power and performance optimization
  • Develop sensor data acquisition and low-level processing for IMU, cameras, LiDAR and encoders
  • Implement communication protocols with host or cloud (MQTT, HTTP, custom protocols, CANopen, Modbus)
  • Write unit/system tests, support system integration and field debugging; own production firmware versioning, OTA design and security hardening

  • Master at least one RTOS; for Linux driver work: device tree, char drivers, interrupts, DMA
  • Deep understanding of I2C/SPI/UART/CAN/Ethernet timing; protocol stack experience (LwIP, CANopen); Keil/IAR/STM32CubeIDE, Git/Jenkins, Makefile/CMake
  • Plus: motion control projects (robots, drones, smart hardware, automotive electronics); real-time scheduling and timing analysis; safety-critical systems (ISO 26262); BLE/WiFi/Zigbee/LoRa; ROS-embedded communication (serial, rosserial, micro-ROS)
